School of Massage Therapy - Courses
Massage Therapy Program
New York College's Massage Therapy Program is a 72 credit Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) degree program. Graduates of this program are eligible to take the New York State licensing exam and are eligible to sit for the National Certification Exam for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and the NCCAOM National Certification Exam for Oriental Bodywork Therapy.
The Massage Therapy program outlined below is designed to be completed in 20 months. Some students, however, must work at full- time or part-time jobs while in attendance or have other responsibilities outside of school. Therefore, these students attend New York College as part-time students. For these students longer, or part-time courses of study are available.
