Continuing Education Process for prospective students and/or participants
Registration for Continuing Education
All Continuing Education classes require pre-registration. We strongly encourage you to register by the early registration deadline BOTH to receive the early registration discount, and to help us to ensure that we have enough interest to run the course.
Registration cannot be accepted in the classroom by an instructor. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Classes often fill quickly, and registration will be closed when a class is filled. Enrollment in a class will not be confirmed until a registration form and payment have been received. A confirmed reservation is required in order to be admitted to the class.
Registration will generally be accepted for a class up to 1 week prior to its start. After that, registration will be accepted if there is room in the class; a late fee is applied in the form of a higher class cost.

We are very interested in participant feedback and review all course assessment evaluations (handed out at the end of all classes) in planning future schedules/programs.
Some general rules which apply for our regular students also apply for those attending continuing education courses. Eating or drinking must be confined to the café or lounge areas. Food and beverages (including tea and coffee) are not permitted in the classroom. Water in a plastic bottle is allowed in classrooms.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
Under no circumstances may children be brought to class. We regret any inconvenience, but must enforce this policy due to legal requirements.
Audio taping or videotaping is not permitted in any class
