For more than 15 years, acupuncturists at the New York College have helped patients to quit smoking. However, the effectiveness of acupuncture treatments on the smoking cessation has not been evaluated scientifically.

A retrospective study to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture on smoking cessation is currently being conducted. Information about this study will be posted as it becomes available.
