Before You Go to See a Tutor: Prepare

• Review the last reading or chapter you have been assigned for the course.
• Bring your textbook and any class notes which are relevant to the questions you have. This will help the Tutor to figure out how the material has been presented and then be better prepared to help you.
• For Faculty Tutorial sessions, come prepared with questions.  The purpose of the Faculty Tutorial program is to have instructors work one-on-one with students in regards to specific questions students may have regarding the lecture material.
• For Technique Tutorial sessions, if possible please bring a partner to work on.
