Transcript Requests

Official transcripts for graduate schools, prospective employers, and other institutions must be requested in writing. No transcript will be issued for a student whose account is in arrears. Official transcripts are mailed to the institution or individual considering the applicant for admission or employment. Each request must be accompanied by a check, credit card charge authorization form or a money order payable to New York College in the amount of $10.00 per transcript, and sent to or delivered to:

Unofficial student copies must be requested in the same manner, although no fee is required. Information to be furnished must include:

  • Full name of student (indicate maiden name or name as it appears on school records if applicable), current address, social security number, telephone number and dates of attendance
  • All requests require signature verification, so please include a legible copy of your driver's license. If you do not have one, you must include another form of picture identification that includes your signature
  • Indicate the month and year of graduation or withdrawal, and the New York College program of study for the transcript required
  • Complete address of recipient (institution, department, or person to whom transcript is being sent)
