Grievance Policy and Procedure for Employees

The New York College of Health Professions takes all employee complaints or grievances very seriously.

If you have a complaint or grievance, the following policy is in place. For academic issues, please reach out to your Department Chair or your Program Dean. For issues related to policies and procedures, please reach out to Human Resources. In the event of a Title IX complaint, please reach out to the Title IX coordinator or Title IX Deputy. All complaints and grievances will be reviewed and resolved accordingly.
