Official Notice
Students are hereby officially notified that the registration and enrollment process is not complete until all tuition, fees, and other charges are paid in full in accordance with the payment deadline schedule for each trimester. Students will not be able to attend classes if they have not made full payment or made alternative arrangements. Students personally guarantee and are responsible for all obligations to the College for tuition, fees, and other charges.
A student who has an outstanding financial balance due to the College or is "on hold" for missing documents is officially given notice that the College will withhold granting degrees and issuing grades. A student may also be subject to additional collection fees, attorneys' fees, late fees, fines, or interest charges on the unpaid balance.
New York College of Health Professions offers the lowest tuition — both undergraduate and graduate — of any nonprofit, private, institutionally accredited college of its kind in the tri-state area. Whether you are pursuing a career in massage therapy, acupuncture, or Chinese herbal medicine, our programs are designed to be accessible without compromising academic quality. The following is a basic overview of tuition, fees, and additional expenses. More detailed information is available in the current College Catalog or by contacting the Admissions Office or the Office of Student Financial Services.
Undergraduate
$450
per credit
Graduate
$545
per credit
Tuition is charged per credit for each course. All fees listed below are non-refundable.
To estimate your total program cost, refer to the course of study for your program under the Academics section. Credit loads vary by trimester and enrollment status (full-time or part-time). For billing questions, contact the Office of Student Financial Services at (516) 964-6009.
In order to receive a refund of paid tuition and fees, all students who withdraw from all their classes must complete a Change of Enrollment Status Form at the Student Services office. Once processed, New York College of Health Professions is authorized to calculate the student's tuition liability and applicable refund for any given trimester as follows:
1. Tuition liability during a fifteen-week course
2. Tuition liability during a ten-week course
If a student cancels his or her enrollment prior to the first day of a class, a full tuition refund will be issued.
The following payment options are available to all enrolled students each trimester:
Option 1
Pay in Full
Full tuition and fees due upon registration. No additional fees apply.
Option 2
Interest-Free Payment Plan
50% of the balance due upon registration
25% due first month of classes
25% due second month of classes
A $50.00 installment plan fee is due with the initial 50% payment.
