Office Overview And Contact
The Office of Student Financial Services is responsible for assessing and collecting all tuition and fees for the College. The office works with students who directly pay their tuition to the College each trimester. Students are encouraged to pay their tuition and fees through Self-Serve, the College's online student portal.

Official Notice
Effective July 29, 2026, any tuition discount or promotional tuition offer approved by New York College of Health Professions is available only to otherwise eligible students who pay the full amount due for the applicable term, including required fees, by the stated deadline using any payment method accepted by the College. Financial aid funds, whether anticipated or disbursed, may not be used to satisfy this payment-in-full requirement or to qualify for any tuition discount or promotional tuition offer.
Students are hereby officially notified that the registration and enrollment process is not complete until all tuition, fees, and other charges are paid in full in accordance with the payment deadline schedule for each trimester. Students will not be able to attend classes if they have not made full payment or made alternative arrangements. Students personally guarantee and are responsible for all obligations to the College for tuition, fees, and other charges.
A student who has an outstanding financial balance due to the College or is "on hold" for missing documents is officially given notice that the College will withhold granting degrees and issuing grades. A student may also be subject to additional collection fees, attorneys' fees, late fees, fines, or interest charges on the unpaid balance.

Financial Aid Information
NYCHP was reinstated and provisionally certified by the U.S. Department of Education to participate in Title IV federal student-aid programs effective July 29, 2026. The College is completing the operational steps required to administer federal student aid. Students should not rely on federal aid as available until the Office of Student Financial Services confirms the applicable eligibility, award, and disbursement procedures.

Student Tuition Liability And Refunds
In order to receive a refund of paid tuition and fees, all students who withdraw from all their classes must complete a Change of Enrollment Status Form at the Student Services office. Once processed, New York College of Health Professions is authorized to calculate the student's tuition liability and applicable refund for any given trimester as follows:

If a student cancels his or her enrollment prior to the first day of a class, a full tuition refund will be issued.
Billing Choices
Tuition Payment Options
The following payment options are available to students who qualify under the College’s current billing policy. The installment payment plan is not available to students classified by NYCHP as international for enrollment and billing purposes.
Pay In Full
Full tuition and fees are due upon registration. All major credit cards are accepted for payments in U.S. dollars. No additional fees apply. （我们接受支付宝、微信支付、银联卡等人民币支付方式）
Interest-Free Payment Plan
Eligible domestic/non‑F‑1 students only. Internationally classified students are not eligible for this option.
- 50% of the balance due upon registration
- 25% due first month of classes
- 25% due second month of classes
A $50.00 installment plan fee is due with the initial 50% payment.
Before Form I‑20 issuance, NYCHP must review proof that the applicant can meet the stated educational and living expenses. Because F‑1 employment is restricted, anticipated employment that has not been specifically authorized cannot be relied upon as the applicant’s plan for meeting these expenses.
International Payment Policy
Payment-Plan Eligibility
Students classified by NYCHP as international for enrollment and billing purposes are not eligible for the College’s installment payment plan. This includes students attending in F‑1 status and applicants whose only asylum-related documentation is a C08 EAD for a pending asylum application.
Applicants who document granted asylum or derivative asylee/refugee status through an A05 EAD, a qualifying Form I‑94, or a Form I‑797 establishing that an approved Form I‑730 conferred derivative asylee or refugee status may be reviewed under NYCHP’s domestic/non‑F‑1 payment policies.
This exclusion is an NYCHP institutional policy. For F‑1 students, federal regulations separately require proof of financial responsibility before Form I‑20 issuance, documentary evidence of financial support, and compliance with restrictions on employment.

VA Education Benefits
Veterans Educational Benefits & Educational Assistance (G.I. Bill®)

In accordance with Title 38 US Code 3679 subsection (e), this College adopts the following additional provisions for any students using U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Post 9/11 G.I. Bill® (Ch. 33) or Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (Ch. 31) benefits, while payment to the institution is pending from the VA. This College will not:
- Prevent nor delay the student's enrollment
- Assess a late penalty fee to the student
- Require the student to secure alternative or additional funding
- Deny the student access to any resources available to other students who have satisfied their tuition and fee bills to the institution, including but not limited to access to classes, libraries, or other institutional facilities
To Qualify For This Provision
- Produce the Certificate of Eligibility by the first day of class
- Provide written request to be certified
- Provide additional information needed to properly certify the enrollment as described in other institutional policies
